Record Radio 70s

Record Radio 70s is a themed channel of Radio Record, the Russian broadcaster best known for electronic dance music. This channel instead looks back at the 1970s and plays oldies and hits from that decade; the stream identifies itself as Record 1970.

Radio Record began on air in Saint Petersburg in 1995 and today operates a large number of online channels, each focused on a style or era. The 70s channel serves listeners who want classic songs from the decade. The station is run from Russia and presents itself in Russian; the balance between Russian-language and international recordings is not published.

Expect a continuous music stream with little talk. It is delivered as AAC audio at roughly 96 to 100 kbps over HTTPS, with track information sent alongside. Programme schedules and further editorial details are published by Radio Record on its official site, and this description makes no claims about specific artists or playlists beyond the decade and the oldies genre, since those details are not published in a form that can be verified here.
