Spin Cycle

Spin Cycle is a US dance radio stream distributed through iHeartRadio. It plays mixed and remixed versions of current and recent hits, built around the idea of mixing and remixing popular songs around the clock. The stream identifies itself as Spin Cycle in its metadata.

The station is part of the iHeartMedia digital network in the United States. Its former iHeartRadio page now redirects to Mix Nation, an iHeart channel described as dance remixes, commercial-free, so the Spin Cycle name and the Mix Nation brand appear to be closely related. Further details about its staff, launch date or playlists are not published on the pages consulted.

Listeners can expect pop songs reworked as dance and club remixes, with continuous mixing and very little talk. The format suits workouts, parties and casual listening. The stream is delivered as AAC audio over HTTPS through the iHeart streaming platform, at a low bitrate of roughly 49 kbps in mono, which keeps it light on mobile connections. The programming is in English, in keeping with the American pop and dance songs it features.
