Radio Šumadinac Južni Vetar

Radio Šumadinac Južni Vetar is a Serbian internet radio channel dedicated to folk music, in particular the style known as "južni vetar" (south wind), a popular strand of Serbian newly composed folk music. The stream's own metadata describes it as "juzni vetar, folk".

It is a themed channel of Radio Šumadinac, whose name refers to Šumadija, the central region of Serbia. Details about ownership and studio location are not published on the pages available to us, and no programme schedule is listed. The songs and any announcements are in Serbian, so the channel mainly suits listeners who enjoy Balkan folk music or want to hear the sound of the region.

Because it is a dedicated folk stream rather than a general-interest station, expect a continuous run of folk songs with little talk. The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC+ at roughly 64 kbps in stereo, which works well on mobile connections and in standard web players.
