Radio Emscher Lippe - Dein Schlager Radio

Dein Schlager Radio is a themed webstream from Radio Emscher Lippe, a German local radio station serving the northern Ruhr area in North Rhine-Westphalia. The channel concentrates on German-language Schlager, the melodic, easy-going pop style that is popular with listeners across Germany.

The stream is one of several extra music channels offered alongside the main Radio Emscher Lippe programme, each dedicated to a single genre or era. Presenters and detailed playlists are not published for this channel, so expect a continuous music flow of Schlager favourites rather than a talk-heavy format. The language of the music is German.

Listeners can tune in through the station's website or through web radio apps. The stream is delivered as 192 kbps MP3 stereo, which gives clear sound on both mobile connections and home networks. It suits anyone looking for relaxed, singalong German pop at any time of day, whether at home, at work or on the move.
