Radio 105

Radio 105 is an Italian commercial radio station that plays contemporary pop and urban music, mixing current hits with entertainment programming. The stream carries the national FM programme live, so listeners hear the same music and presenters as on the air, wherever they are in the world.

The station began broadcasting in 1976 as Radio Studio 105 and is owned by Mediaset, through its RadioMediaset group, which also includes Virgin Radio Italia and Radio Monte Carlo. Radio 105 is among the most listened-to radio stations in Italy and also has a companion television channel, Radio 105 TV, which largely simulcasts its shows. Programming and presenters speak Italian, and the audience is mainly young adults across the country.

Expect a lively, youth-oriented mix of chart pop, dance and urban tracks, together with morning shows, talk and comedy segments and short news updates between the music. The stream is delivered as 128 kbps stereo MP3, is free to listen to, and works in any browser or player that supports standard internet radio.
