Record Rap Classics

Record Rap Classics is a themed online channel of Radio Record, the Russian dance music network. It is devoted to classic rap and hip hop, and its stream metadata labels the genre simply as rap. The channel plays a continuous programme of established tracks from the genre with little talk in between.

Radio Record began as a dance station and has grown into a network that runs dozens of web-only genre streams next to its main broadcast. Rap Classics is one of them and suits listeners who prefer older, well-known hip hop over current chart releases. The network's presenters and website are Russian-speaking, while the music is largely international. An exact playlist, era focus or schedule for this specific channel is not published, so the tags here are kept general.

The stream is served over HTTPS as AAC at roughly 96 kbit/s in stereo, a size that works well on mobile connections and in desktop browsers.
