Onda Cero Perú
About Onda Cero Perú
Onda Cero Perú is a Peruvian radio station based in Lima that plays contemporary urban and Latin pop music, with a strong emphasis on reggaeton. Between the songs it carries entertainment news, sports items and talk programmes aimed at a young adult audience, and its website lists frequencies in several other Peruvian cities as well as its main Lima dial position.
The station's website credits GPR S.A. as the copyright holder, and the site links to other stations in the same group, including Radio Panamericana and Radio Cumbia Mix. It is a separate broadcaster from the Spanish Onda Cero network owned by Atresmedia, despite the similar name, so the two should not be confused.
Broadcasts are in Spanish, and the sound is upbeat and chart-oriented, with presenters, music blocks and light entertainment content. The online stream is an AAC audio feed at about 128 kbps in stereo, available through the station's own web player and compatible with most browsers, phones and connected speakers.
