Star Radio MK Narodna

Star Radio MK Narodna is a channel of the internet radio service Star Radio, devoted to Macedonian folk music. It plays traditional songs and newer folk-style hits from North Macedonia, and the channel carries only Macedonian music.

Star Radio offers several themed channels through its website radiostar.pro, and MK Narodna is the one for listeners who want the folk repertoire of the country. The language of the music and of the channel is Macedonian. The owner of the service and the city it operates from are not stated on the channel page, so they are not listed here.

Listeners can expect a continuous programme of folk songs with little talk, suited to the Macedonian diaspora as well as to listeners at home. The stream is broadcast in AAC+ at a high bitrate of about 188 kbps in stereo, which gives clear sound for this type of music. Because it is delivered over the internet, it can be heard anywhere in the world at any hour. More information about the other channels is available on the Star Radio website, where the service presents its full list of themed streams.
