iRock 24/7

iRock 24/7 is a Canadian internet station playing rock, classic rock and metal. The programme covers guitar-driven anthems and heavier material, presented in English and French. The sound is loud and energetic. The stream runs around the clock, so there is always something to hear whatever the hour. Because it is delivered over the internet, it is not tied to a single frequency or country, and it can be heard wherever you have a connection.

Canada has a diverse radio landscape, with the public CBC and Radio-Canada services, large commercial groups, campus and community stations and many multilingual and online broadcasters, and its radio reflects a country of English, French and many other languages. The station is an independent online service, and the details of its operators and schedule are not fully published, so the programme may vary. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, a standard quality that sounds clear on most devices and keeps data use moderate. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
