Otvoreni Radio

Otvoreni Radio (Open Radio) is a commercial radio station based in Zagreb, Croatia. It plays a hit-focused mix of Croatian and international pop and pop-rock music, and the stream itself reports its format as Hot AC (hot adult contemporary).

The station is privately owned and operated by the company Otvoreni Radio. Directory sources say it began broadcasting in 1997 and holds a national concession in Croatia, with additional reach by satellite across parts of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East; these details come from third-party directories and not from the station itself. Its presentation is in Croatian and the audience is mainly adult listeners who like current hits and familiar songs from recent decades.

This stream is a low-bandwidth 48 kbps AAC feed at a 24 kHz sample rate, suited to mobile and constrained connections, so sound quality is more modest than the station's higher-bitrate streams. Expect continuous music with presenter links, news and information in Croatian, and a light, easy-listening mood suited to daytime and workplace listening.
