Radio Record Liquid Funk

Radio Record Liquid Funk is an online channel dedicated to liquid funk, the smooth, melodic side of drum and bass. Expect rolling breakbeats paired with warm basslines, soulful vocals, jazzy keys and atmospheric pads, with a more relaxed, emotional feel than harder drum and bass styles.

Radio Record is a Russian dance music broadcaster that began on air in Saint Petersburg in 1995 and today runs a large family of online channels, each devoted to a single electronic or dance genre. The station's website, radiorecord.ru, is in Russian, and the channels are programmed as continuous music streams with chart shows and special mixes on the wider network. This channel is aimed at drum and bass fans who prefer the lighter, more musical end of the spectrum. Details about individual presenters or playlists are not published on the station page, so the best way to get to know it is simply to listen.

The stream is delivered over HTTPS as AAC audio at roughly 96 kbit/s stereo, which works well on mobile connections and in browser players. Music is mostly instrumental or English-language vocal tracks, with little speech between songs.
