America's Country

America's Country plays three decades of country music, from the 90s to today, with shows hosted by presenters who bring the songs to life. The playlist covers the big names and hit songs of the 1990s, the 2000s and the current era, with the polished production of modern Nashville and the heartfelt storytelling that remains at the centre of the genre. The hosts add a personal touch, with chat about artists, songs and listeners' requests.

This is a second listing of the same station, with a separate stream address, so it is useful if the other entry is temporarily unavailable. The station is aimed at fans who prefer the contemporary and recent classic country sound to the older traditional material, and it provides a convenient alternative to local radio for listeners who live outside the main country markets. As an internet service it is available in any country, which is helpful for Americans living abroad and for international country music enthusiasts. Announcements are in English. The stream is delivered as AAC at 128 kbps, a modern codec that gives a clearer and cleaner sound than MP3 at the same bitrate. It plays in your browser on RadioKite, and you can add it to your favourites.
