Evergreen Tamil Radio

Evergreen Tamil Radio is an Indian internet station playing classic Tamil film songs. The programme brings back the melodies of the golden era of Tamil cinema, with famous composers and singers. The mood is nostalgic and warm. The stream runs around the clock, so there is always something to hear whatever the hour. Because it is delivered over the internet, it is not tied to a single frequency or country, and it can be heard wherever you have a connection.

India has one of the largest radio audiences in the world, with public All India Radio, private FM networks and many internet stations, and online streams let Indians abroad keep in touch with the music of home. The station is an independent online service, and the details of its operators and schedule are not fully published, so the programme may vary. The stream is delivered as MP3 at 128 kbps, a standard quality that sounds clear on most devices and keeps data use moderate. It plays in your browser on RadioKite without installation, and you can add it to your favourites.
